Vox Mobile

  1. I would like a Vox cellular product to sell to the masses.
  2. It would be nice to be able to sell prepaid airtime through Vox as well at preferred commission rates.

Vox over 3G/ADSL/LAN

  1. Vox leaves the users most in need of their service in the dark. A Vox offering that could work reliably over any connection other than ADSL would make immensely more sense.

Comment: Other providers already have this, and their competition makes it difficult for us to offer a "viable alternative" to existing telkom users. I would also LOVE to see VOX running over 3G / iBurst / Neotel / etc.

Customised Websites

  1. It would be nice to have the link to the .pdf Dealer Registration Form (BusinessOpportunity1.aspx) from the front page of the customised website, already contain the dealer number. This can be achieved by
    1. using an online rendering to .pdf that only allow printing the file directly
    2. or naturally saving it but with the Dealer Number already inserted
    3. or by simply removing the link to only let new registrants use the online form.

Dealers with their own websites

As a dealer with my own website I have a few requests that I think would help other dealers that run their own site.

  1. It would be nice to get some images of the VOX products with transparent backgrounds, this would be great for building product pages
  2. If you could get your a short write explain what VOX is and how customers will benefit from VOX.
  3. A comparison table comparing VOX prices to other telco pricing, with percentage saving so on.
  4. A a web service app that allow sign up of customers and dealers from our own sites using our dealership number
  5. A service that allows us to host our own savings calculator.
  6. Web ready versions of your brochures.

Marketing Material

  1. It would be nice to have marketing material specifically targeting end users included in the dealer start-up kit or available for download.
  2. Most of the marketing material is geared for signing up dealers and not end users and the system won’t work if there are only dealers and no end users.
  3. It would be nice to have downloadable transparent logos in the dealer section of the website for use in email signatures and DIY marketing material.

Training

It would be nice for those of us who cannot attend the training sessions to still be able to access the training materials/ information.

I have a full time job and cannot make the times the training programs are held at.
