How to Sell the Vox ADSL PBX

Any Dealer can Sell the Vox ADSL PBX

Only Certified Installers / Vox Dealers can install the Vox ADSL PBX

Dealers receive 150% Commission for Generating the Sale/Lead

Certified Installers / Vox Dealers receive on-site payment from customers and incentive based payments for the satisfactory completion of the installation.

To purchase the Vox ADSL PBX a 24 Month contract must be completed in full and signed by the customer.

This contract is to be submitted as follows

02 May 2008 to Mid July 2008:

The 24 Month Rental contract requires the singatory to have a Vox Customer Number.

Customers must apply for a free product such as Vox Mahala - this will register the Customer on our systems and generate a customer number for them. This registration process caputers their personal details and the resulting customer number is the entity to which all billing - Including Once-Off Charges, Monthly Rental , Fixed and Usage Billing will be attributed. Once the customer number is generated the 24 Month Rental contract is to be completed. This contract must then be returned to Vox by either email or fax. Please Find this below under the Documents & Marketing Collateral heading. The subscriber as reflected on this contract must bear the same details as used to register above. All pages must be initialled and all pages must be returned to Vox; the front page only is not sufficient.

On reception of the contract the customer/subscriber will be contacted telephonically.

The customer must select a Certified Dealer/Installer to perform the installation. The customer is required to make arrangements for the installation.

Following confirmation from the customer and after the credit check and three day debit process the Product Pack will be couriered to the Customer/Subscriber.

On completion of the installation the Installer and Customer must jointly complete a Vox ADSL PBX Installation Sign-Off Form and the other specified documentation. This must be returned to Vox along with an Invoice in the Certified Dealer / Installer's name, Made out to Vox Telecom Limited for the amount of R300.00 Incl VAT. Vox will contact the Customer to Confirm Satisfactory Completion of the Installation.

Reliant on Satisfactory Installation - Vox will make payment of the R300.00 invoice.

It must be stressed again that you will be expected to know and understand these fully and while you will be applying the standard Vox configuration to the unit, a comprehensive understanding of all areas is required. There is no substitute.
